The retreat comprises 5 nights and 4 1/4 days. You will receive one message cach day (duration 1 hour and 15 mins)
and this package includes two ayurvedique massages and two aromatherapy or deep tissue massages
As well as your first evenings welcome meal, your breakfast cach day is included in the price - please let us know if you have any special dierty requirements.
You will arrive around 6 pm sunday evening and leave around 1 pm Friday aftermoon.
